Two buildings in typical Lecce stone house four independent loft-houses, characterized by wide open spaces, elegant barrel vaults, and simple yet characterful furnishings: the bright living area below, and the sleeping area on the mezzanine above.
There are no sharp divisions, but a single breathing space that opens harmoniously toward the outside, where the private veranda, with its furnishings, becomes the stage for slow breakfasts and outdoor dinners.
And then a room, with an independent entrance and a large patio, to be enjoyed as a couple or as an additional space for the Sacàra house.
The names of the houses tell our story
Between the olive trees and the stone, the countryside is alive, even when it seems still. The names of our houses come from here: from the sarmenula, the lizard warming itself in the sun on the stone walls; from the taranta, an ancient presence of this land; from the sacàra, the cicada of Salento summers; to the cavalletta, moving lightly through the grass.
