How far is the property from the town?
Case fra gli Ulivi is located just 3 km from the center of Spongano. While you are immersed in nature, the road leading from us connects to the Lecce-Leuca state road, which takes you everywhere.
How far is the sea?
The nearest beach is Castro, just a few minutes’ drive away on the Adriatic side, but there are many beaches around us worth a visit; we recommend checking out the “Most beautiful beaches” page.
Can I book online?
Of course! Booking online is easy and convenient because it guarantees you the best price and exclusive benefits. You can do it from our site through the booking engine, which will guide you step-by-step through your reservation. If you have any doubts or questions, you can always write to us directly!
Do I need to provide a credit card to book?
Yes, we generally require a credit card to guarantee the booking. No charge is made, only a pre-authorization. The balance for the stay will then be paid directly at the property.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation conditions vary based on the period and the type of booking. If you book online, you can check them directly in the booking engine during the process. In the case of a direct booking, they will be communicated to you at the time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit cards, cash, and bank transfers. We do not accept checks.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is scheduled between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, while we ask you to vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Who can I contact if I need help and no one is at the property?
We don’t have permanent staff on-site, but we are always available by phone. We will provide you with a contact number so you can reach us for any need.
Is cleaning provided?
In addition to the initial and final cleaning, if you wish, we can also organize a mid-week tidy-up for a small extra charge.
Do you provide bed linen and towels?
Of course, you will find sheets and soft towels ready for your stay.
Can I find basic kitchen products (oil, salt, coffee...) or do I need to bring them?
Yes, we’ve thought of everything you need: in the house, you’ll find oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and sugar already available.
Where is the nearest market?
The nearest supermarket is Famila, inside the Gulliver shopping center, about 1.5 km from us: convenient, well-stocked, and easy to reach.
Do you accept pets?
Of course, small four-legged friends are welcome for a small extra charge.
Do you have parking?
Yes, a parking space is always guaranteed for each house. In addition to the covered carport, there are also ample spaces available on the land surrounding the property, so you can park with total peace of mind.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, we have a single washing machine available for all guests. In each house, you will still find a drying rack and, if you need them, we are happy to provide an iron and ironing board.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, of course! Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
